Just a note about neuvola: the first visit should be at around seven or eight weeks and it's with a nurse. Kairi is womans name. Kaira is "untouched" wilderness.
Thats what came first on my mind, i checked and there is under 179 kairi as woman and few as man. Kaira is something i dont have a doubt.

I have no idea if kairi and kaira have anything to do with each other.

My half estonian niece got citizenship today. She got it after nurse/doctor whatever said "healthy girl" and registered her in computer. So now im not only Eno but Setä too :)
Thats by the way only way to know if or when you get citizenship.
