Does anyone know what kind of permits I would need in order to fish in the lake Saimaa? Also any additional tips for websites covering the best fishing spots in Finland would be appreciated. That's one possible explanation although its difficult to differentiate when its used to emphasize an absolute certainty and when it's just the German way of speaking.
