I am an English language teacher (CELTA qualified, experienced, native speaker). What would be a reasonable hourly rate for private tutoring in this country?

As Mike said, what I have read on the kela website is that if you are EU citizen registered here as a student, but work more than 18 hours a week then you are eligible for benefits. But if you earn more than 660 a month you are not eligible for benefits. So how does that work?? Find a job that pays ...
