Yes, they can. And if you agree with the contract, you can even work for 1200€/month. However, most companies follow TES in their work contract.

You've paid for your lesson, :(. I am sorry to hear that, the only thing you can do now is submit a crime report to the police. Try to contact your bank and show them all of your evidence about the fraud case, maybe they could give you her real name + address.

I got my decision today and it's positive ID checked on 4 July 2017 and the decision came today. I uploaded additional payslip about three months but I wasn't asked, it was at my descretion. It moved to step 2 on Monday. Good luck to others who are waiting congrats, look likes you applied in Tamper...
