Re: getting FIRED for a drunken speech incident

During your trial period, you can get fired without an explicit reason.

Re: Deportation + 3 year entry ban

after being caught I been working in 2 cleaning companys for around 2 years
It sounds like you violated the terms of your student permit.
Even without the other crime that is enough reason for Migri's (and the court's) decission.

Re: Deportation + 3 year entry ban

The asylum process starts when you enter the country for the first time, not after living here for many years on a residence permit. The application will fail almost immediately and the deportation order will be executed.

Re: Age gap, marriage and residence permit - what to expect?

If you're already married when he applies, the only worry is a fake marriage indication. Apart from the age difference, there is nothing unusual in your relationship. You might get an interview and some critical questions, but nothing to worry about.

Re: Unfair HSL penalty fare for 10 secs

10 seconds or 10 stops. The inspector couldn't tell. Therefore in case of doubt; the law favors the HSL.
Pay the fine, you cannot win in court. You only get a conviction and a negative mark on your file.

Re: Bank fees (recommend a good bank)

Is it worth it becoming OP owner customer if I don't have any loans or insurances with them?
It depends on your average account saldo. With enough money in the bank, it could give you a (very) small extra income.

Re: RP application for an entrepeneur - prospects for non-EU application in IT

One of the reasons to approve an RP for an entrepreneur is that he needs to be in Finland to serve his Finnish clients. An online business with international clients lacks that condition. So it might not go as easy as you hope.

Re: Second generation immigrants identity problem

Foreign kids in Finland quickly integrate through school, clubs, friends etc. Your daughter is so young that she will have no problem in that field. Unless you'll try to isolate her from the outside world and try to enforce her heritage. After a couple of years, she might even be more integrated tha...
