Hi, I am new in Finland too. And I am really interested in coffee culture. I am currently getting my Master degree in Oulu, Finland now. I wonder why there aren't any Vietnamese coffee here?
And even when I talked about Vietnam - a second global exporter of coffee, people are just ...really, we haven't heard of that.

We have farms to grow arabica and robusta beans in central highland of Vietnam, I wonder why there isn't any coffee from Vietnam here. Research showed nothing too.
I would love to become a retailer here for the coffee from Vietnam. I don't know if anyone can give me a hint about the market size and the taste here?

Thanks so much.

I think I have that, I also have a "vietnamese filter" for it and the result is quite pleasant, although not my morning cup either.
I guess the way they roast it makes it have that taste. Did you buy the roasted coffee bag from Vietnam? If it is can I know what's the name if the coffee?

^^
Sorry, I am working on the idea of becoming a retailer for high-quality of Vietnamese coffee beans, so I collecting info and data about what are consumed on the market now, and which brand from Vietnam are used by the customers.

There are too many small coffee brand in Vietnam, and some of them really freak me out with the bad quality. I don't know why we are the second global coffee exporter but still the roasting industry has never been developed in my country and we only export fresh green beans only.

Beans are usually imported into Finland without roasting anyway. Would take good luck or good deal of effort to roast them to Finnish preference abroad and then bring it here.
Reason why no coffee is imported from Vietnam is likely that roasting companies have their established contacts from whom they import.
If you have good contacts in Vietnam, best bet would be getting in touch with some smaller Finnish roasting company like this one: http://mokkamestarit.fi/

They most likely could handle smaller amounts to see out the goods, help you get toe inside. Becoming notable supplier for something like Paulig is quite unlikely.

If I recall right, in the beginning Vietnam with the help of the WB dumbed loads of bad quality robusta coffee beans to the market. That kind of cemented the fame.

There are quite many small coffee roasteries in Finland (read mostly Helsinki) which sell coffee from all kinds of countries, for instance from India and Indonesia. You could try contacting them.
