Seems promising, although less is definitely more with things like that (and most comedy). Not sure if it will take kindly to being spread thin over a movie length.

We'll see what a couple of American friends think.

I would go just for the accents, if nothing else.

But this will beat the hell out of Bad Santa, with Billy Bob Thornton. Even that had its memorable quotes. Maybe most of all, Oh, f*ck me, Santa.
