Anyone here knows where I can find a place here in helsinki where they sell those ingredients you need for baking a cake or any pastries like cake toppers, fondant decorations etc..?

I just go to the nearest store. So maybe you are looking for something special?
Is a "topper" a ready made wedding couple, baby, or something like that?

And there is a store in Hertonniemi too but I don't remember the name. Some Timari stores have cake decorations but most large supermarkets have all the basic ingredients you would need to make a cake.
