Does anybody know if there are exotic meat (bison, crocodile, springbok, ostrich etc) suppliers in Finland?

I've seen Kangaroo in freezer at local Citymarket, so maybe you could get some of the more exotic ones you listed frozen too.

I have also seen Crocodile in Citymarket and Stockmann Herkku and things like Kudu can be found occasionally, but not regularly.
Chef Wotkins factory shop in Sörnäinen / Kalasatama nearly always has something a bit exotic (either fresh or frozen)
