Interested in a course in campfire cooking ?

Post by kalmisto » Tue Aug 27, 2013 1:22 pm

Anders Klint is a Swedish chef, adventurer and an expert in campfire cooking. He is currently residing in Helsinki. If you are interested in courses ( in English ) in camp fire cooking keep an eye on his Facebook page Friluftskocken ( Outdoor Chef ) here: https://www.facebook.com/friluftskocken
There is no info on courses on that page yet but there will be ! So far the page is only in Swedish but English will follow, you can also use the translation button in the browser. Anders Klint speaks very good English.

Here is Anders Klint guest blogging in English on the blog of one of his friends:

An interview with Anders Klint in Swedish:

Here is his blog ( only in Swedish ): http://friluftsmat.outdrr.com/

Anders has arranged courses in campfire cooking in many parts of the world, on all continents. He is very passionate about the subject.

Finnish men go to the army, do you need a course on how to go on the wooden beam too?

Anders Klint can teach you how to make campfire cooking a more enjoyable experience.

As for how the experience of going on the wooden beam could be made more enjoyable I do not think that I want to know. So I would ditch THAT course.

Anders Klint has now a Facebook page in English on the subject that he knows best : https://www.facebook.com/wildchefaklint
Anders is located in Helsinki. If you find the page interesting do not forget to like it ! I think that the page is both interesting, informative and inspirational. And the pictures on the page are like manna for my soul. I want to be making coffee on a campfire, on a lakeside ! As soon as possible !
