Quite a good one in Kerava, called Olivers antiques. I know they have moved but they are still in Kerava.
Or quite a few on an industrial estate called Tattarisuo near Malmi airport...

I would say the vast majority speak English since most of their customers are foreign (Russian, Swedish etc) and most are buying/selling online these days anyway. Whenever I want to buy anything I always get my husband to do the talking because if they think you are a foreigner they put the prices up!
