btw - If anyone is put off by anchovies - do they know that they are a great source of Umami - melting some into all kinds of sauces, etc. can really add some nice 'zap' - with NO taste of the anchovies - eg - melt 2-3 pieces into your next pasta sauce (- with a lump of real butter too)
