i don't eat pork so i'm trying to find things to eat here besides fish. i came upon this product in the market:
https://www.foodie.fi/entry/kalkkuna-gr ... 6300014039
and it might not be a very healthy option but it got me to thinking would the labels be very trust worthy? it doesn't say it has pork in it but similar products say that they have it in the casing. would the labels be 100% accurate or would i have to call the producers/ go and inspect the factory?
best regards,
"Kivikylän Kalkkuna Grillimakkara" is it %100 turkey meat

In general you can trust the labels. They will not put pork in this product.
Only if they haven't cleaned the machines properly there might be traces of pork. But then there is a much bigger health problem. And Evira is quite critical on such incidents.

The label says "natural casing", but ingredients of the casing are not listed in the product information. Probably best to contact the producers to be sure: http://www.kivikylan.fi/yhteystiedot
