Being a mom-to-be is such a wonderful thing in life! But it is not an easy task at all for us women! During these 10 months of pregnancy sometimes we are excited, we fear, we stress, we lose sleep, we lack emotional stability... all because of this beautiful change inside of our body!
Prenatal Yoga will help you to stabilize your emotion, strengthen the particular muscles and joints of your body – this is especially good for birth-giving. It is also going to teach you valuable breathing tips for releasing the tension when the laboring time comes!
The teacher is a registered yoga alliance teacher who studied yoga and graduated in Yoga tree, San Francisco, USA. The teaching language will be mainly in English, but can explain in Finnish to individuals if needed.
