H&M ( H&M kids in Aleksanterinkatu has a great collection)
Halonen has some
There is a baby shop in Forum shopping mall which had some but forgot its name..
Also use the "search" button to search for this topic that has been discussed many times before..

H&M is definitively a good alternative.

There is as well a shop called "Bebe" in 3rd floor of Kamppi. They have a good selection and kind of the same price range as H&M.

Oh, and Zara (in front of Stockman) started to have Mamy's collection as well. it's more "smart" style, but you might want to have a look there as well.

Good luck

In Stockmann of course. As the Finnish saying goes, if you don't find something at Stockmann then the country doesn't need it.

Is it true that there is such a saying?
I find stockmann generally overpriced.

hmm I thought that If you dont find something in Stockmann you order it from the rest of the world as you are too rich in the first place to go looking for it in Stockmann!!!

She said economical everyone!!!
-The cheapest pair of Jeans that we found in H&M was 49.95 today. Halonen is even more expensive.
Lindex and Kappahl had about the same prices as H&M.
Zara is extremely expensive just the same as Stockmanns.
Benetton in Kamppi is definately more expensive than H&M.

We are in the same boat so if anyone has any more suggestions we would appreciate that. We have turned to the local flea markets. Be sur eto get to them first thing in the morning as maternity clothes seem to be the first thing to sell out.

Stockmann, Kamppi, Aleksanterinkatu...

Does that mean that more or less everybody lives in the capital?

When we lived in London, many people suggested that we should go to a certain shop in the center of London.

Are private shops also disappearing here?

Try the h&m website for their online catalogue. They currently have sales and it is very interesting price-wise. Other than than I think H&M is the cheapest option. Bebe shop in Kamppi is actually very expensive (although they do good quality stuff). Also try ebay.co.uk that's where I'm planning to get most of my maternity clothes. After all it's only for a few months and we're pretty sure we will not use them again.

Ellos has a few bits but I doubt the prices are any better.
