Umm, because in the future you're going to need her to agree to something you can't foresee at the moment.
When something is inevitable, it is better karma to handle it with good grace.
Divorce is hard enough. Pissing off an ex-to-be unnecessarily is just dumb. So is doing things that can later be made to appear to show you in a bad light.
Or you could just learn these things the hard way. Many take that route.

Anyway idea is not to have a revenge or something, I simply won't be availabile at the time.

Your name might end up in a register that can cause inconvenience when crossing a border.We live on different continents. I really doubt police could get involved there.
(don't know how seriously they take a refusal to sign. probably depends on the situation)
