Possibly Moving To Tampere

I'm thinking of moving to Tampere to study at TUT, but I have no knowledge of what to do if I want to move abroad... where I should stay, how much would it cost me, do I need a visa, etc.

Basically, I 'just' need information on what I need to do and where and how I can get housing (TOAS?).

Just so you know, I live in the UK (England), I speak English and I'm slowly but surely learning Finnish.
