Documentations required before the move

Hi,

Its me again! Have got all my permits settled and need some information as to what documents I need to carry for social security/insurance purposes.

I have been living in a EU country (Ireland) for 3 years and I heard all my social insurance and stuff like that can be moved to another EU country by just getting some forms here. Could you let me know what are those ?
