However one piece of advice, If you have anything the above in your CV, Take it out!
I thought that was a call for a dominatrix girlfriend

I'm happy to be so well recieved. However, I am a little overwhelmed by the large amount of information on the . bbs. While all replies are welcome I'm looking more for which tips I should read first and which posts best fit my situation.

Also, what is the meaning of CV?

Curriculum Vitae - what *do* they teach in school for you guys there?

I'd suggest you tackle through the 'Jobs' section & stickies first. Getting to study in Finland is pretty easy/hard. If you aim for a Bachelor's degree then there is a multitude of polytechnics and even a few that offer IT in English (http://www.helia.fi => BIT). In the university side there are quite a few masters programs, but then the Finnish language gets a stronger role. All sort of depends on what you want to do. Then again getting a job... would you take large fries with that?
