Yes, but in this case the legal definition of "spouse" apparently goes to being able to "prove" cohabitation.

In other words, Finland does recognize cohabitation, but can the OP "prove" cohabitation?

That is why the OP should get answers from migri.fi, to KNOW their legal status.

The right papers, in the right order and in the right office, etc.

Maybe the OP is fully qualified as a "spouse", but maybe not, and NOW is the time to get the facts.

Moi,

I have been asked to submit my RP application in ajurinpuisto 4 106000 tammisaari police station as there is no avalibale date in Espoo police station before 20.8.. but i cannot find this police station in http://www.poliisi.fi/poliisi/home.nsf/www/contactus

does anybody know how can i go to this place from Leppavara, Espoo.

The town name is nowadays (after administrative merges) Raasepori. It is listed here:

You need to have a scheduled appointment to submit your application. My impression is that those are done now online(?), the info phone number given is 071 8738 566, Mon-Fri 9.00 - 15.00

If you type in Ajurinpuisto 4, Raasepori to Google maps you can see that "Tammisaari" railway station is not very far.
