Contacting the finnish registry office

Having booked a hotel and a church, I'm now in the process of sorting out the registry office stuff.

I am thinking i need to contact the finnish registry first and then contact my local registry, but i'm not sure really if there's a better way to do this. My g/f is Finnish and I am the british alien

What can you suggest?

there is no "Finnish Registry" or local one, it's all the same. You just go to the local Maistrati.

Yes "somewhere". :roll: Hank probably has it in his book of links. I will try find it....but it is easier to find a specific one Where are you planning to get married?..then we can find the local address..

Maistraatti

This seem to say that Punkahrju is controlled by the maistraati in Savolinna...
