ADSL connections

Does anyone have any contacts for getting a cheap ADSL connection for commerical purposes? It needs to have a static IP address and be either 512 KB/512 KB or 1 M/1 M. I don't really wish to pay a 490 € installation fee.

why not no-ip.com as a forwader for your domain name?

If my Finnish is up to scratch (doubtful) then this looks like after the 120€ registration fee you only have to pay 20€ a month to maintain the static IP.

now add the 8mb up 1Mb down adsl connection and you have a total monthly bill of 75€ (if you pay quarterly). and cheaper for lower bandwidth..
