Read my comment again. You only get true advantage in Sweden.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

I did notice another benefit of the P-EU. You can leave for up to 6 years on a P-EU Vs. the regular permanent residence permit of 2 years.

"The residence permit will be withdrawn if you have been residing outside the European Union for a continuous period of two years, or outside Finland for a continuous period of six years."
