Social security and pension is not the 7.75 % that we discussed above that will sum up to my income tax? (29%)

7.75% includes only the employee part of it. There is also an employer part that does not show up on the pay statements.

Is Hard to find an house to rent just for 6 months ( initially? )

Operating a vehicle before first-time registration

If you are permanently resident in Finland, a vehicle subject to vehicle tax and intended to be registered in Finland may be operated by you in Finland free of vehicle tax for a maximum of three months (but no further than the due date of the vehicle
tax).

You can ask the Tax Administration for an opinion on residence.
