Hi,
I am an EU citizen, in 2012-2013 I lived in Finland and I was a tax resident (also did the EU registration back then) after I moved back to my country, at that time I had no property.
Soon I plan to move back to Finland and proceed again with the EU registration, but this time I have a property in my country (an apartment).
When and to which office I need to declare this property? At the moment of the EU registration at Migri or later when I fill my taxes to Vero? Let's assume I need to communicate this property to Vero and that I move back to Finland 1 December 2018, when I will give this notification?
This property will not generate income (will be empty), I will need to pay taxes in Finland?
Thanks

Always on your first tax return and at Migri if you use the assets as a basis for the EU registration.Guido2046 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 30, 2018 10:08 pmSoon I plan to move back to Finland and proceed again with the EU registration, but this time I have a property in my country (an apartment).
