Looking for a Children's Education degree in English!

Hello, I have been looking around on different universities webpages and so on, but so far I have been having a hard time finding what I am looking for.

I am helping my friend that has already a Graphic Design degree and wants to come study in Finland, but she is interested in focusing on mixing this perhaps with children's education.

I am looking for a degree in english (either bachelor or master) in the following areas:

-Preschool Education
-Elementary School Education
-Children’s Literature and Book Illustration

Anything around that area would work.

There several degree programmes in Education taught in English in Oulu:
