I made a post here in March regarding an admission decision by one of the polytechnics. A decision which I appealed.
Long story short, I have a formal offer a place in a B.Eng course here in Ireland. Something which apparently wasn't possible which my high school degree.

Finding the whole system in Finland a little confusing.

Next step and hopefully the last in the process is appeal to the Administrative Court of Helsinki. :ohno:

Well that is all well and good except I have not been provided with an address.
If anyone could provide me with the Address I would need to lodge my appeal to I would be really greatful.

BTW then remember that you have to submit the appeal in the official language of the court, (Finnish or Swedish) or they'll wipe their butt and complain it was too coarse.
The paper can be free form, but needs to follow a certain format http://www.oikeus.fi/5752.htm

Doesn't want to display that second page in English. Will have to ask the GF to look at first before I can draft a letter that would address their requirements. What is the process, is it all done on paper Arcada done nothing to properly explain this part of the appeal process.

Well, the 2nd page is in Finnish as thats the language you make your appeal in. Basically, you write what happened, providing (copies) of the paperwork - ALL the paperwork, mind you, and that you are appealing the decision due to law such and such paragraph and verse... they'll then write and ask for more information or make a decision, which can in this kind of case to "return the case back" to the original authority. What you can do is scan the originals and send them as an email, its not necessary to send/deliver by hand.
