those universities still accept applications at this time ?

Hey guys

Am new here , planning to study at finland for a bachelor degree but i just wanted to know if i can send an application without Studyinfo and save myself sometime ? cause studyinfo. fl says that all applications are close until january 2017 which is quite far away for me to wait , so there is any way to enroll currently ? .

You could wait until September and apply to the courses offered by some UAS like Haaga-Helia. I'm applying myself for International Business in Pasila Campus. Application period is from 7.9 to 21.9.
