PHD in software quality

Hi all

I am very new to this, so sorry If i am posting this question wrongly
I have a master degree in Software engineering and looking to find university that offers PHD in software quality. So fr I was unable to find any university or any supervisors that would work on this field which seems very strange.
I think I am doing something wrong.
I have used the the search engine on http://www.studyinfinland.fi/. but not luck there as well.

Could you help me on this and let me know how else I can search here?

Was quite easy to find by Googling Aalto Software Quality.
