Studying in Jyvaskyla

Post by droprain » Thu Mar 16, 2017 1:08 am

Hello,

I recently got accepted into the Education Master's program in University of Jyvaskyla. I'm quite excited that I got in, but soon that excitement turned into worry. I got a scholarship that covers my tuition fee, but that still leaves me having to pay for my daily expenses. I'll probably have to do some serious savings until I get there and maybe do some part-time work while there. But I'm still wondering if studying there is worth it? UofJ isn't a well-known university where I'm from so we (as in me and my family) aren't 100% confident in accepting the offer, since paying for living costs equate to paying for university here anyways. And since UofJ isn't high enough in the worl ranking, I can't apply for the local, more comprehensive scholarship. I hope I can get your opinions.
