Wanted: Apartment / Flat in Helsinki.

Hello!

Whilst I am searching all the residence search engines out there for flats in Helsinki, I wonder if anyone has a two-roomed apartment available from March 2010 for a long-term / indefinite period.
I know where to look so there's absolutely no need to send advice / links - just whether a flat is available or not.
