Who's going to win Euro 2004?

Lets try again, if Latvia doesn't appear then sorry but that means there are only 15 options possible. And poor old Latvia in the group of death look the least likely to win it to me ;-)

If you feel strongly that Latvia will win please stick around  We could do with some more crazy optimists on . ;-)

Another round of friendly games..
Germany smashed 5-1
Holland beating Greece 4-0 but they could well loose the game :)
Portugal (without porto players) has yet to beat any other finalist (2-2 against sweden)
Spain drawing in Italy..
sorry forgot about england and france :?

How will it be in 1 ½ months?

The popular option

Sweden.

They'll kidnap Larsson's family and force him to play... and he'll score a hatrick in the final. Against England! Yeah baby! Eat that Sven!
Cos it's strange, isn't it. You stand in the middle of a library and go 'Aaaaaagghhh!!' and everyone just stares at you. But you do the same thing on an aeroplane, and everyone joins in.

I think France and England didn´t play.
Here in Finland, I have done everything I can to blend-in with the Finns, I've changed my hair color, wore differnet clothes, got different

what do you mean by that? Not a single moment did they lose grip on the match. The only thing that can be said is that the first 45 mins remained without a goal. The way I see that: Holland tried playing a new system (with 4 midfielders playing in a diamond fromation). So the first 45 mins the basis was laid, the second half was used the finish the job and give the Greeks the first beating (after 15 matches unbeaten).

Germany looked at a 4-0 defeat after 45 mins. The worst job in 91 years!!!! Oh, and you forgot to mention that also the Chechs lost in own house (from the Japanese!)

Except they normally cut transmission over the internet for football games. They will all probably be on Finnish TV though. WC 2002 was.

I think my misses told me though that for the eng-fran game there is something happening cant remember if it was political here at the same time and that they might not show that game.
