Yoga class for Ladies ,Free!!!

Dear Ladies,

You are all welcome to join the free Yoga lessons every even week., for ex. week, 2,4,6,8,10,12....

At MoniNaisten Talo, Kinaporinkatu 2 c , Helsinki, 00500, Near sornainen Metro.

When you come, you just have to ring the bell and somebody will open the gate for you.

If you have your own Jooga mattress you are welcome to bring.

We do have mattress but it may or may not be enough depending on how many people are coming.

The class starts from 16.00 - 17.00
