Some help, maybe...
You can check out a DVD I have made, Å - Baltic Sea Bouldering, ( http://www.aclimbingfilm.com ) about bouldering and climbing in Åland. Also included on the DVD is another film, Crux, featuring climbing in South West Finland.
The Åland film acts as something of a topo for the area, as you will be hard pushed to find a proper topo. Both films should give you some idea of what to expect though.
There is another film, Northern Lights, which will showcases bouldering and climbing in and around the Helsinki region.
We have distribution in the US through a company called VAS, and the film should be available on their website, http://www.justpushplay.com, any day now. I don't know about the availability of Northern Lights in the US, but you can try.
I recommend checking out the Slouppi forum. They generally are happy to speak English too.
Happy climbing!

Cos it's strange, isn't it. You stand in the middle of a library and go 'Aaaaaagghhh!!' and everyone just stares at you. But you do the same thing on an aeroplane, and everyone joins in.
