The price in Salmisaari kiipeilyareena is 115 euros/person and it includes 5 hours of training + one month of unlimited pass and loaned gear + lead card. They conduct them in English if requested.
The price in Tapanila kiipeilykeskus is 105 euros/person. I don't know if they conduct them in English as well, I guess so, but would have to ask about it.
