If anyone would like some Vegemite i have a few spare tubes of it in the cupboard! I haven't been eating it that much lately and can afford to let some go for a small fee. :D
(BTW all are unopened and are direct from Oz)

Pete, you still have that Vegemite?

Pete,

If you can still spare some Vegemite, I'd be interested. I was going to ask Dad to send some. How much is in each tube and what are you asking?

Please email me directly: finlandforum (at) mile2.com

Thanks mate

Sorry dude, i went to the Aussie Bar on saturday and gave away my Vegemite stash to some people there.
I still have one jar here but my wife kind of likes it and asked me to keep it.
If you really need some quickly, go check out a shop called 'Punnitse ja Säästä' in Sörnäinen. (Hämeentie 50)
They sell Vegemite at quite reasonable prices.

At least Vegemite isn't a poisin like salmiakki!
Why take something so good (liquorice) and put frigging ammonium chloride in it?? That stuff is way freakier than good old Vegemite!

Age pension only, by the way. The definition of "pension" is different in Australia to Finland. This only affects people who have accrued the Finnish version of Superannuation.
