Could anyone recommend a decent place in Helsinki for a mens haircut, for around 20-25 Euros?

Muoti tukka, Mikonkatu 8 (Aikatalo).

And there was another one, thanks Stu, also at Mikonkatu 8, called Image Hair.

And I've been to a hairdresser in the beginning of Esplanadi, but I forgot the name of that one.

Theres one in teh WTC that has a deal I think 20,- usually they've a free seat as well. When I had my hair cut I went there. Now I have turned into a hippie I just let it grow... and I bought a Braun cutter for the time I don't want to be a hippie as I can cut it myself too...

Cheers for the haircut info, not taking any more chances here in Porvoo, got scalped a few weeks ago by a local hairdresser. The hair has now grown back but in a very strange style. :D
