Craft Store?

Hi! Does anyone know if there is a craft store in Helsinki or Espoo? Something big (like Michael's in Canada) where you can find everything from painting supplies to glue guns to soap making kits...Thanks for your help!

Sinelli is my favourite craft store, so I would recommend it for you too. They have a shop in Yrjönkatu and one in Itäkeskus, I think. I guess there's some more info on their website.

My favorite is Hobby Point, they have the largest selection of "anything", where the others are a bit more selective. But they have just one shop, so I usually just buy my generic stuff from Sinooperi, and when I want something more specific or unusual I go to Hobby Point.

Tiimari has a pretty good selection of craft stuff (and cake decoration stuff!). Not as much as a real craft store, but on the other hand they have their stores in more or less every mall.

Sinelli has a very large store in the Varisto part of Vantaa.

You can find paints at decent prices at Biltema - as well as some other items - eg big bottle of glue etc.

In Helsinki center there is a store called Tempera, they have art supplies, more proffesional ones!

My friend and I have visited all of the craft stores in Helsinki many times, and we both prefer Hobby Point out of them all. Hobby Point is quite a decent sized store and the prices there are pretty nice compared to the others.
