I have his phone number, nordea bank account, and IP address(from his email). I want to publish them all over internet so that others won't fall for him. Is it legal to do that?

P.S. He has closed his huuto.net account!
Update: after rikosilmoitus, it took over half year that the police took some action. turned out that the fraudster has a long history of crimes. In a letter sent to me, a court decision that is, the guy is implicated in 6 crimes... including a case of burglary of neighbor next door

ulosottovirasto sent me a letter just a month ago stating that the guy is a perseauki.. so there went my faint hope of getting my money back.

add: oh.. i tried to publish the dude's name (first name i did in fact publish with bank account) including details, don't know whether it's legal but a guy (user) at huuto.net forum seemed to look at these things bit differently. In his words, it's a modern day version of public stoning..... all i wanted was to deter the guy from cheating others.

Yeah, so there was a reason I was quite sceptical. The court system and "libel" legislation in Finland favors the petty crooks an not the "honest people" .

Time for a personal visit? Tell him if you have to visit again it will be very unpleasant for him. Say something about the price of kidneys these days. Of course it helps if you have a very large person with a heavy Russian accent there with you. :ochesey:

Ha.... Finland is 1950's.

You do realise in the south of America in the 1950's they were dragging black dudes around by rope tide to their stupid trucks?

Am yet to see that here....

Too bad some rotten apples spoil it for all.....

These days it often seems that black people are more racist than white, in general. This racist sh*t is beginning to get a bit boring.... Go look at what is happening in South Africa right now and then come back and tell me how racist white people all are.... When your own kind are killing white Afrikaans (sp?) for farm land which was producing food for the nation and are now just being left derelict. Because of stupid racism.

Jesus, we're all the same, no matter the colour of our skin.... There is sh*t everywhere.

Well sparklegemini, the only thing to do is once you get the information off Nordea is to go to the police and make a "rikosilmoitus" - as for you ever seeing your money... meh...

Hi!
This Tia Qvick seems to be a well know name among victims of Tori.fi fraud victims. Also Natalia Jokinen.

When its ready to go to court (at least months) then prosecutor will ask for your demands and prosecutor will tell you what you need to do. You probably dont have to go in court.
And about how much you get back, ill say in next 5 to 10 years you probably see nothing. Your money is probably already used/hidden and she probably wont have anything worth/possible to "foreclosure". Only idiot with forecloseable assets do frauds with 100% possibility to get caught.
You can/should turn to ulosotto with legal papers from court after conviction and they try to get your money but dont hold your breath if she isnt working/own forecloseable stuff.

thanks, yes it turns to be that in every country has the different cons. i do like Finland educational system and medical treatment infrastructure.
one morething, because of getting upset about the fraudser, i tried to call him so many time and even made him mad when i made a lot of miss calls ( by auto calling) to teach him a lesson.
he replied with impolite sentences and dare me to report it to the police. should i continue do that to make him report it to the police and then i know who is he ?
what should i do ?

That action borders on stalking and he can take action against it. The police probably will give you a warning and order you to stop. Only when you continue after that it'll become more serious.
The real problem is that when the police knocks on your door (or phones you) you need clear prove of his fraudulent behavior. If you cannot convince them, you're the bad guy, not him.
But I guess unless he's stupid he'll not report you.

Disclaimer: I cannot predict the reaction of the police with 100% certainty. They might consider stalking more serious than fraud.
