Just drank a bottle of Nordic Koivu. Didn't taste too bad at all. going to drink a bottle a week and see if it helps me next year.

I hear you, buddy. I'm taking zyrtec, lomudal, nasacort spray, and doing these disgusting sinus washes with warm water and salt. No relief for the past 3 weeks. Right now I am trying my best to cough up a lung. Agony!

In the US I could get a shot of 'roids and 24 hours later I would be fine but that isn't allowed here. I need to start taking allergy shots after the spring attack is over. This is hell. Good luck irnbru. It especially sucks this year.
