In august i had a doctor appointment, before i left he made me next appointment one month later (12.09). I wasn't home couple of days and for my suprise there was a new appointment sent me by post (posted 08.09 ja received it 12.09 and the appointment was 3 hours ago). So it turns out the doctor i visited last time went to work to a different clinic and i was forwarded to someone else, but i wasn't home during the time when the new appointment arrived, i didn't get any sms/email/ phone call. And now i have to pay the missed appointment fee. Can i appeal because i was not home and wasn't aware that there could be a change of things or should i just pay and forget it?
