Any negative effects on my Finnish citizenship application?

Where to buy? Where can I find? How do I? Getting started.

" Henkilöä ei kansalaisteta, vaikka hän täyttäisi kansalaistamisen edellytykset, jos on perusteltua syytä epäillä, että kansalaistaminen vaarantaa valtion turvallisuutta tai yleistä järjestystä, tai jos kansalaisuuden saamisen pääasiallisena tarkoituksena on hyödyntää Suomen kansalaisuuteen liittyvää etuutta ilman tarkoitusta asettua asumaan "

I don't know about the citizenship law in Finland, but at least in the US if you're planning to apply for citizenship with the intent of leaving the country right after you're naturalised, then that's ground for revoking your application and further fraud charges.

I wonder how it is in Finland.
Thank Beep_Boop. Hum, I did a bit of investigation into the matter https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia ... tizen.html. Years ago, it was an issue, not anymore it seems. I guess US has bigger problems to worry about now than some naturalised people move around :D.

Thanks inkku for your input, it is just an short-term thing for me. However, I am a bit worried that the intention can be mistaken at the end.

Do you understand Finnish? that is exactly the same thing in Finnish law. If your intention is not to settle down in Finland, your application will not be approved.

I have one question related to the same topic. Is it mandatory to be employed when they are processing my application? I have been working non-stop for the last 7 years but I'm planning to have a break after next month, my application was submitted just this month.
Thanks in advance,

Thanks! I was just wondering if having good enough funds to live in Finland would be enough together with the fact that I worked for 7 years previously non-stop.
