Fishing around Tampere

Hello, I am desprite about trying to catch some fish around Tampere. Is here any fisherman from Tampere to help me? I tryed about three lakes and diferent lokations around that lakes, I spent there many hours and was only able to caught only two small pikes. Maybe some Finnish fishing forum would help too. In Czech republic I am normally able to catch a fish, but here in Finland nothing
