Fertility treatment in Finland

Hi,
I'm considering the idea of working and living in Finland, because my wife and I think that it is a beautiful country.

Meanwhile our problem of infertility is getting us very hesitating about this project.
We don't know if we could proceed to an ICSI in Finland in public hospitals.

In fact we have some questions :
-Does health insurance cover the totality or some of this procedure ?
-How many times do we have the right to a free ICSI ?
-How much will we wait before we can begin the ICSI ?

I know that it's not your chief question right now, but do you have the right to work and live here? You said because it's beautiful, rather than because you have a job offer in Finland. So best check that you can actually legally come, first (forgive me if you already know you can; but we have a recurring theme of some particular nations assuming that if they want to come, they can simply show up).
