Any business for Birthday Delivery

Hello I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I would love it if anyone could help me out.

My best friend is studying in Finland near Tampere and their birthday is coming up. In the US we have edible arrangements geared towards birthdays. I was wondering if there were any businesses near that area that do something similar. I don't speak finnish.
