I live in Tampere and I'm trying to find Sweetened Condense Milk but I can't even fathom the name in Finnish, and my boyfriend just gives me a funny look because he doesn't cook and he has NO CLUE what this stuff is. I've looked in th East Asian Market but no luck. It'd be super helpful to know where I can get this kind of stuff. Thank you in advance. Yes I know I can make it but it's a hassel.

It's simply "Kondensoitu maito". It's available in almost any store. Usually in the section with baking stuff or jams.
If you can't find it, just ask somebody working in the store.

Talking about clickbaiting, there's a facebook page that ridicules mainly iltalehti/iltasanomat etc for their ways of titling the articles. It's 'klikinsäästäjä' if anyone's interested but it's in Finnish.

I found a Russian version in another shop recently. That was excessively sweet.
