Hi, I have a question to ask migri but their site says they do not answer e-mails! Do they answer general questions through e.services?

You'd have much better luck calling them http://www.migri.fi/our_services/custom ... ce_numbers
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

The comment about email seems to really be that they do not accept inquiries about made applications about email. General questions should be fine. Even the practise for applications is questionable.
