Hi,
I am a non-EU citizen and left Finland in 2013 to another EU country. Unfortunately I didn't know that I should send a notification of leaving to maisteratti. However, I informed the police that I do not need the residence permit anymore. I still have an open bank account. Does anybody knows what should I do now? or what would be the consequences?

If you had a tv licence it is in ulosotto (even you inform maistraatti !!!
