Where to take materials etc to dump them?

Post by Pariah » Tue Jan 10, 2017 8:04 pm

Hi Forum

I have been doing some work on my flat, taking out some old fitted wall units and wardrobes. These had to be taken apart in pieces panel by panel and are now a collection of flat panel boards and laminate chipboards and cannot be reused. I probably have 20 panels 2.4 meters x 0.6m weighing 100+ kg

Is there a city run place near Lauttasaari where I can dump these? How do Helsinki Finns dispose of such things?

Ämmäsuo in Espoo.
That is a regional waste disposal platform. I think you can find the rates online and the opening times.
