We all the time discuss here about the penalty for leaving the job which might be up to 90 days of non-payment of unemployment benefits, but where is it written about it? I checked websites of some unemployment fund and even faqs sections, most of them have information about when you lose your job, but not about when you leave your job. Can anybody link me some articles to read about it?
Just Gathering perspective as its not the real-life story:
If your supervisor is racist towards other culture or hates gays/lesbians and occasionally swears in front of you about them, although it is not direct attack on you, but you do not like hearing such stuff; does it merit a valid reason to leave the job and be qualified for unemployment benefits? Does it need proof for that as recorded audio/video?
What could other valid reason to leave job and still be qualified for unemployment benefits? best if presented with related articles or cases to study.
P.S. I'm not interested in unhealthy discussions, if you do not have anything good to contribute then please do not pollute the topic I started, start your own as its free forum.. also no personal attacks please. Just share good information.
